6. Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 48-hour service.

  • £6 standard UK delivery
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £60

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Payments

  • major debit and credit cards; and
  • PayPal.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

8. Promotions and Offers

From time to time, we may run promotions and special offers on selected products.

  • promotions apply only where clearly advertised on the website;
  • in any “buy X, get Y” or similar offer, the cheapest eligible item will be free;
  • promotions cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotion or offer unless we explicitly state otherwise;

  • returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery;
  • returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging;
  • customers must notify us of any damaged, faulty or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery;
  • where appropriate and approved, the remedy offered for damaged, faulty or incorrect items is replacement only;
  • customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise required by law;
  • exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

You must inspect your order on delivery and notify us at info@dr-shrooms.com within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • the item is damaged;
  • the item is faulty on arrival; or
  • you received the wrong item.

Where a claim is accepted, we will provide a replacement item only.

We may ask for photographs or other evidence before approving a claim.

11. Returns Exclusions

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless required by law.
