Known in China as Yin Yang Huo, Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium) has been used in traditional Chinese practice for over 2,000 years as a tonic for vitality and drive. Its signature compound, icariin, is what the plant is best known for today.

Shake well before each use, as natural separation occurs. Take 2–4 full pipettes daily, split into two servings — for example, 2 in the morning and 2 later in the day. Hold under the tongue for around 10 seconds, then swallow, or add to a small amount (approx. 50ml) of liquid and take as a shot.
