Return Policy

We want you to be confident when shopping with Dr Shrooms LTD.

1. Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unopened;
  • unused;
  • in its original packaging; and
  • in a resaleable condition.

To request a return, please email info@dr-shrooms.com.

Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

2. Important Notice for Supplement Products

Because our products are ingestible mushroom and plant supplement tinctures, we cannot accept returns of any item that has been opened, used or tampered with, unless required by law.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

You must inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • your item arrives damaged;
  • your item is faulty on arrival; or
  • you receive the wrong item.

Please email info@dr-shrooms.com with full details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement item only.

4. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible unopened and unused items, subject to approval.

If an exchange is approved:

  • the returned item must meet our return conditions;
  • the customer is responsible for return postage costs;
  • any price difference for the replacement item must be paid before dispatch, where applicable.

5. Return Postage

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Refunds

If a return is approved and qualifies for a refund, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

Please note that your payment provider or bank may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • opened items;
  • used items;
  • items not in their original packaging;
  • products returned outside the return period;
  • ingestible supplement products that have been opened or tampered with, unless required by law.
